K. Dhandapani & Co. Ltd.

Being on Ezra Street is an experience in itself. If you’ve ever walked down here, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you can find. K. Dhandapani & Co. Ltd. is right in the thick of it at number 55. We are up on the 2nd floor, which means a lot of climbing up and down those old stairs every single day. The building has that classic feel that you only get in this part of town. It’s crowded, loud, and there is always someone shouting or moving a heavy box past you. Our office isn't very large, but we make it work. We have been here at 55 Ezra Street for a long time, and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when the street below is packed with people. We just keep the fans going and focus on the tasks at hand. K. Dhandapani & Co. Ltd. is just a group of us trying to stay organized amidst all the chaos outside. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because there are so many businesses in one building, but we usually figure it out eventually. You won't find any modern glass partitions or soft carpets here. It’s just wooden desks and old files. It’s a bit dusty, but it’s where we spend our lives. It is just the way things are done on the second floor here.
