Jusco(A Tata Enterprise)

Jusco is located at 120A, Ballygunge Gardens in Kolkata. We are a Tata Enterprise, but our office feels very much like a part of the local West Bengal scene. Ballygunge Gardens is a well-known spot, and we like being situated here. The office is just a regular building on a street that gets quite a bit of foot traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of papers. We aren't interested in looking like a big fancy corporation. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. Most of us have lived in Kolkata for a long time, so we understand how things work in the city. The humidity can be tough in the summer, but we have our routines. We don't spend money on expensive ads or big promotions. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished. It’s a honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the street outside is noisy with honking cars, but that’s just life in this part of India. We’ve got a small group of staff who handle the daily tasks. We don't have any missions or visions stuck on the wall. We just have a list of things to do. We try to be helpful when people come by with questions. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to do a decent job every day. There isn't much more to it than that, just work.
