We are situated in Kot Badal Khan, a village in the Jalandhar district of Punjab. Our office is not hard to find once you get into the village area. We have been here for quite some time now. Punjab is a place where there is always a lot of movement. Goods are going to the ports or coming in from other states. Our yard is usually quite messy with crates and packing materials. We don't worry too much about how it looks as long as we know where everything is. It is a lot of hard work. We spend our days talking to drivers and making sure they have the right directions. The winters here are very cold and foggy. Sometimes the trucks are delayed because you can't see the road. We just sit in the office with a heater and wait. We are not a fancy international firm with a skyscraper office. We are just a local setup in Jalandhar. Most of the people working here grew up nearby. We understand the local language and how things work around here. We don't have a marketing team. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for years. If someone needs something moved, they usually find their way to us. It is a simple business based on trust and showing up every day.
