We are located up in Srinagar, in Jammu and Kashmir. Our business is a bit of a mix, handling sales and various services for people around here. Interestingly, our background is actually in Sociology, but life took us in a different direction and now we run this shop. Srinagar is a beautiful place to live, but it definitely has its challenges when it comes to running a business, especially with the weather in the winter. We don't have a huge corporate office. It’s a modest space where we meet people and talk about what they need. We aren't trying to be a massive chain or anything. It's just a local operation where we try to be helpful. Most of our days are spent talking to customers or trying to source items for them. It’s a lot of social interaction, which I guess is where the sociology degree comes in handy sometimes. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or big goals to take over the market. We just want to provide a decent service to our community and make a living. Sometimes the internet is slow or the roads are blocked, but we just take it as it comes. It's a very grounded way of working. We know our regulars and we appreciate the people who stop by. It’s just us doing our best in a very scenic part of the country.
