Jobsons

Our place is over at 22 Phears Lane, up on the second floor. Phears Lane is one of those narrow streets where there is always something going on. It’s tight and crowded, but that’s just the way it is here. Our office at Jobsons is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. You just walk up the stairs and you’ll find us. The air in the building feels a bit old, but it’s got character. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We handle things from this small space, mostly talking to people on the phone or over a cup of tea. There are always boxes stacked up in the corner, some we haven't opened in months. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just sit at our desks and get through the list of things to do. Some days the street outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. We know the vendors downstairs who sell snacks and tea. It’s a very local vibe. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just run our business as usual from this floor. If the fan is clicking, we just ignore it. It’s part of the background noise now. We like it here because it feels like we’re right in the thick of things. It is just a regular job for us.
