Our office is located on the 5th floor of the Trinity building at 226/1 Alcboserd. It is a bit of a trek up to the fifth floor, but the building is well-known in the area. We handle a lot of the back-end work for construction equipment from this spot. It is not a showroom where you see the big machines parked; it is more about the parts, the scheduling, and the technical solutions we provide to people out on the ground. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people looking over technical manuals. We have stacks of catalogues and price lists sitting everywhere. It can get a bit hectic when a machine breaks down on a site somewhere and everyone is trying to find the right part to fix it. We do not have a lot of wall art or fancy furniture. It is mostly just functional desks and filing cabinets. Being in the Trinity building puts us right in the middle of a lot of other businesses, so the elevators are always busy. We try to keep things simple and honest with our customers. If we have something, we say so, and if we do not, we try to find it. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the right equipment gets to the right place at the right time without any unnecessary complications or delays in the schedule.
