Jayem Logistics

Jayem Logistics is based at Kinnori 2/81/2 in Sree Colony. This is Kolkata, pin 700092. It's a quiet enough area most of the time. We work out of this office handling all the logistics stuff that comes our way. The building is a bit old, but it serves us well. We have a few desks and a lot of registers. Computers are there too, but we still like writing things down sometimes. The rainy season in Kolkata can be a real pain for moving goods, but we make it work somehow. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized. You won't find any corporate jargon here. We talk to each other plainly. If there’s a problem, we sit down and talk it out until it’s fixed. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise, especially in the afternoon heat. We've been at this address for a decent amount of time. People in Sree Colony know where to find us if they need something moved. We don't do much advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else. It's a small team, so everyone knows what the other person is doing. We take our lunch breaks together mostly. Usually, it's just home-cooked food brought from our houses. It’s a humble setup, but we get the job done without complaining much. It’s just how we operate. We have a couple of small plants in the hallway that someone forgets to water sometimes. The front door sticks a bit when it’s raining. But we know the trick to opening it.
