Japan Motor

We’ve been here at 157 Lenin Sarani for a good while now. Dharmatala is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and people moving around, but we like the spot. Japan Motor isn't a fancy place with a glass showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. Most days, you’ll find a few of us under a hood or looking at some engine parts that have seen better days. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it's a quick fix and other times a car stays with us for a week while we wait for a specific part to show up. Taltala has its own rhythm and we’ve become part of it over the years. We know the tea stall guy nearby and the other shop owners around here. It’s not always quiet, especially with the horns outside, but it’s where we work. We don't spend much time on computers or fancy filing systems. Mostly just paper receipts and a lot of grease on the rags. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve seen pretty much every mechanical issue you can think of. We just try to get the job done so the customer can get back on the road without too much fuss. It's just a regular local shop doing what we know. Nothing more, nothing less.
