Jain Infraprojects Limited, Kol -17, is located in Bihar Sharif. We are actually inside the Kumar Krishi Store on Station Road in the Khandakpar area. It is a very busy spot because we are so close to the train station. Nalanda is a famous district, but our corner of it is just full of everyday business. Being at a Krishi store means there are always farmers and local people coming in and out. Our office is a small part of that building. We handle infrastructure projects from this desk. It is often noisy and there is always a lot of movement outside, but we have gotten used to it. We don't have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just do our work and keep track of our sites. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by the store. We are just a bunch of people trying to run a construction business in a busy town. We don't use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. It is an honest and simple way to work. We have been here for a good while and we know the local area well. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic with the trains and the store customers, but it works for us. We just keep building things and moving forward. It’s how we’ve always done it.
