Our shop is tucked away in Vip Nagar at number 123. We deal with pneumatic tools and various machine parts. If you are looking for a compressor or some specific valves, that is exactly what we have on the shelves. The place is pretty packed with metal parts, hoses, and heavy boxes. It smells like machine oil and metal most days, which is fine by us. It’s a working shop, not a gallery. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms. We usually have a bit of grease on our hands from checking the equipment. Customers come in looking for parts for their factory machines. We help them find whatever fits. Sometimes they bring in a broken piece and we have to see if we can match it or fix it. It’s actually quiet in Vip Nagar compared to the main roads. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the oil, but it’s a sturdy place. We have an old wooden desk where we write out the bills by hand. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us because a friend told them we might have the part they need. We usually close the shutters around six or seven. It’s a simple life. We focus on the hardware and making sure the machines keep running for everyone.
