We are J S Furniture, and you can find us at number 4, Garcha First Lane. We are tucked away right behind the Garcha Guruduwara in Ballygunge. It’s a quiet little spot if you can believe that, even being in such a busy part of town. We’ve been here in this lane for quite a while now. Most people find us because they’re visiting the Guruduwara or they live nearby. We don’t have a massive showroom with glass windows. It’s more of a workshop and storage space where we keep everything. There's usually the smell of wood and a bit of dust in the air, which is just how a furniture place should be. We are just regular people who know how to handle wood and furniture. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. If a chair needs fixing or someone needs a new table, we just get to work. Being in Ballygunge is nice because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the other shop owners and the people who walk their dogs past our door. J S Furniture isn't some big brand you see on billboards. We are just the folks at Garcha First Lane. We keep our hours, do our tasks, and try to keep things simple.
