Our office for J J Developers Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the New Garia Coop Housing Society. It is at E-10, near the Panchashayar post office in Kolkata. The area is usually a bit quieter than the middle of the city, which is nice for getting work done. We handle development projects from this little corner of the world. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some old fans that keep things moving. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going at different spots around town. Being part of a housing society means we see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. The humidity in Kolkata can be a lot, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay organized. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the Panchashayar area. It is a practical place for a practical business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stories.
