We’re based out of Anmol Apartment on Raipur Road, which is in the Regent Estate area of Kolkata. Ivrcl Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has a small office here on the 72/C block. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate hub. Most of our work involves the planning and administration of infrastructure projects across West Bengal. The apartment is functional, with enough room for our small team to sit and go through technical drawings. We’ve been here for a good while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as new buildings go up. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but the view of the street below is nice. We don't spend a lot of time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the concrete and steel problems we have to solve. Most of our staff are locals who have been in the construction industry for years. They know how things work in this city. The traffic on Raipur Road can be a bit loud during the day, but we just keep the windows shut and get on with it. It’s a straightforward environment. We’re not here to win awards for our office decor; we’re here to make sure the project deadlines are met. It’s a simple, honest way to run things, and it works for us.
