We are based in Kolkata and work on large cementation and construction projects. This city is where we do most of our business, and we have been at it for many years. We don't have one specific fancy building to show off because our work is spread out all over the different neighborhoods. You might see our crews working on foundations or heavy structures near the river or in the busy market areas. The work we do is tough and requires a lot of patience. Kolkata is a crowded city, so just getting our equipment to the site can be a major task. We have a solid team of engineers and laborers who have been with us through many different jobs. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is all about the physical labor and making sure the engineering is sound. We spend our days dealing with suppliers, checking on site progress, and making sure we have enough materials for the next day. It is a lot of phone calls and messy paperwork. We enjoy the challenge of building things in such an old and complex city. There is always a new problem to solve, whether it is the weather or the narrow streets. We just keep our heads down and get it done. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the job properly and moving to the next one.
