Our office is tucked away on Hari Pal Lane in Kolkata. It’s number 17, near the Beadon Street post office. If you know that area, you know it’s got that old-city feel. The building is older, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and concrete. We’ve been operating Itd Cementation India Limited from this spot for quite some time. It is not the kind of place you see in a brochure. It’s a working office. We spend our mornings going over project blueprints and checking on material deliveries. The streets outside are usually crowded, which is typical for this part of West Bengal. We don’t mind the noise. It feels like the city is alive right outside our door. Sometimes the mail gets delayed or the power flickers, but we just keep going. It’s a small team here. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a rainy Monday. We aren’t interested in corporate speak or looking polished. We’re more concerned with whether the cement is setting right and if the site teams have what they need. Our address at 700 006 is where the real planning happens. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps and files, but it works for us. We just show up, do the work, and head home. That is the way it has always been here. It is just a regular place for regular people working in construction.
