Ircon International Limited

We are based in Room 305 on the third floor of Kasturi Apartment. It’s tucked away in Johura Bazar Lane in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded and noisy outside. Our office at Ircon International Limited is just a simple room where we handle the local projects. There’s an elevator that sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files piled up. Kolkata is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and checking on site progress. It’s not a glamorous corporate setup with fancy furniture. It’s more of a workspace for people who actually do the building and the planning. We’ve got a few people here who have been with us for years. They know every shortcut in the city and how to get things done when there's a delay. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that's just how the industry works. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down, but we push through. It’s a practical office for practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big sign; we just want to make sure the construction stays on track. That’s what matters at the end of the day. The tea vendor downstairs knows our order by heart because we go there so often to take a short break and get some fresh air away from the blueprints.
