We spend most of our days over at the Awfis space in the Shree Manjari Building. It’s on the 4th floor, right there on 8/1A William Jones Sarani. Kolkata is a busy place, and being here in the 700071 zip code keeps us right in the middle of everything. Intellimate Services Private Limited started because there was a need for some steady hands in the office support world. Most mornings begin with the same routine of coffee and checking the lists. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but the view from the fourth floor is decent enough. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people trying to get the paperwork and service tasks done properly. Most of us have been around the city for years. It’s noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people usually don't see. It's not glamorous, but it fills the day. A lot of folks ask what we do exactly, and it's mostly about keeping things organized for our clients. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are faster than others. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything, just desks and computers and a lot of focus. If you're walking down the street, you might miss the entrance if you're not looking, but we're up there working. We just want to finish the day's tasks and go home to our families.
