Our office at Instyle Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is at 54/C on Hazra Road, right on the first floor near Hotel Swagath. If you know the area, you know it stays crowded and there’s always a bit of a hunt for parking. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a typical city workspace with a few partitions and a small pantry where the kettle is always on. We do a lot of back-office type work and coordination stuff that keeps us on the phone or emailing people all day long. It isn't a very exciting place to look at, just desks and filing cabinets and a lot of power strips on the floor. We don't put on any airs here. We just show up, handle the client requests, and try to stay on top of the paperwork before the weekend hits. The view out the window is just the busy street and the hotel across the way, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big project comes in, but we usually find what we need under the stacks eventually. It’s just a small team of us working through the daily tasks. We don’t have a big corporate handbook; we just know what needs doing and we get it done. It’s a steady rhythm, and being near the hotel means there’s always a place to grab a quick snack when the afternoon slump hits us.
