Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents for different properties. We aren't a big firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just us working together to keep things moving. We’ve been in the 700001 zip code for a while, and we like the energy of this part of the city. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the noise outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with.
