We aren't doing anything flashy or high-tech in terms of our office look. We just make sure the instruments people need for their medical practices are available. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually organize the inventory properly. We’ve learned over time that things rarely go exactly as planned, but that’s just how business is. If someone needs to pick something up, they just pull up outside, though parking on N.S.C. Bose Road is usually a gamble. We don’t spend much on decorating the place because we’d rather focus on the equipment. It’s a functional space. We know our way around the different tools and devices we stock. Everyone has their specific job, from checking the stock to handling the deliveries.
