We are located at 57-B Mirza Ghalid Street in the Park Street area. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street. Our place is not very big, but we have enough room for the people who come to see us. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Most of the staff has been here since the start. It’s not a shiny new office, it's just a normal place where we work. Mirza Ghalid Street has a lot of shops and people walking around. Sometimes it’s hard to find the entrance if you aren’t looking closely. We have a small area where people sit and wait. The floors are a bit old but we keep them swept. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for the check-in, just some notebooks and a computer that is a bit slow. It feels like a neighborhood spot because we see the same faces often. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until everyone is seen. If you are coming from Park Street, it’s just a short walk. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we all get along. It’s a practical space for a hospital. We just do the work and try to help whoever comes in.
