Indian Mining Works Private Limited

Our office is over at 183 Subodh Park in Kolkata. It’s right near the community hall, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. We’ve been operating as Indian Mining Works Private Limited for a while. The community hall nearby always has something going on, so it gets noisy with celebrations sometimes. We don't mind it. Our office is just a regular Kolkata house turned into a workspace. There's a big tree right outside that gives some shade. We've been doing this for years, focusing on the heavy lifting of the industry. It's mostly just phone calls to the sites and checking on equipment lists. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the front desk. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the fans hum all day long. We keep our records in big metal cupboards. It's not a digital-only world for us yet, and we like it that way. Inside, it's mostly files and desks. We deal with the mining side of things from here, mostly the paperwork and managing the schedules. It’s not a big shiny office building, just a regular place where we get the work done. The tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up for breaks. It’s a West Bengal business through and through. We focus on the day’s tasks and go home.
