You can find us over at 2/82 Sree Colony in Baghajatin. It’s right in the Jadavpur area of Kolkata. The office is a regular building in a neighborhood that has a lot of history. Il&Fs Property Management & Services Ltd has been operating out of this space for some time. It’s got that classic Kolkata feel, with narrow-ish streets and plenty of people walking around. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of old folders. The floors are stone and stay relatively cool even when it's humid outside. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just find the number 2/82 and that's us. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if the city noise comes with it. Baghajatin is a good spot because everything is close by. We do our daily work, mostly property management tasks, without much fuss. There’s no big corporate board here, just us sitting at our tables getting through the documents.
