Instead, we focus on the direct work and keeping in touch with the people we work for. Srinivasa spends most of his time on the move, visiting different sites or meeting with people to discuss project details. Because we are mobile, we can be where the work is actually happening instead of being stuck behind a desk all day. This way of working is a bit different from big firms, but it works for us. It keeps our overhead low and lets us focus on the actual infrastructure tasks at hand. Sometimes it’s hard to get a signal if he is out in a remote area, but he usually calls back pretty quick. We handle things in a very personal way. You’re talking to a real person, not a machine or some corporate representative who doesn’t know what’s going on. We’ve been doing this for a long time and understand the ups and downs of the industry. It’s about being reliable and making sure the information gets to the right people. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that, we just try to be available when needed and handle the business as it comes. It’s a simple way to run things, but it’s honest and effective for what we do every day. It's really just about one person connecting everything together.
