Idea

Our small office is located at 22/1 Rustamjee Street. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads around here. We handle things related to mobile connections and basic phone services. It is just a simple room with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't have big flashing signs or anything like that. There is usually a stack of forms on the counter and some chargers plugged into the wall. Most of the people who come in are from the immediate neighborhood. They might be having trouble with their signal or they need to pay a bill and don't want to do it online. We spend a lot of time talking to folks and trying to figure out why their data isn't working. It is not high-tech work, just the everyday stuff that keeps people connected. The shop is a bit small, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels very full. We have a small fan that keeps the air moving, and we usually have the door open to the street. It’s a modest way to run a business. We don't have a big corporate team behind us here; it is just us managing the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait along with the customers. We just try to be helpful and get through the day's pile of paperwork.
