Ibm is based in Flat-3 at 'Sahelee', located at 932 A/10/5 Jessore Road in Kolkata. This is over in the Kolkata-89 area of India. It’s an apartment-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We’ve been working out of this flat for some time. Jessore Road is always humming with activity, so there is plenty of life right outside our door. Inside, we’ve arranged things so we have enough space for our equipment and a small area to sit and talk. It’s not a huge space, but it’s ours. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get things done. We handle the paperwork and the technical stuff as it comes in. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong flat, but we eventually track it down. Living and working in Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work properly and keep our clients satisfied without any extra drama. The 'Sahelee' building is easy to find if you know Jessore Road. We spend most of our time here, just working through our lists. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things, and we wouldn't have it any other way right now. We just take it one day at a time here.
