I D Tutorials is situated at 28/1 B on Sahitya Parishad Street in Kolkata. We are lucky enough to be right near the Sahitya Parishad Library, which gives the whole street a bit of a studious feel. Our building is a typical Kolkata structure, and the 700006 area is full of history and old stories. We have set up our tutorial center here to be a place where students can come and focus. It is not a high-tech facility with glowing lights; it is just a bunch of rooms with wooden desks and whiteboards. We spend our days managing the timing of different sessions and making sure everyone has a place to sit. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when students are changing classes, but that is to be expected in a place like this. We do not go for any big advertising or corporate branding. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were visiting the library and saw our sign on the street. The daily routine is pretty consistent: open up, check the schedule, and wait for the first group to arrive. We handle all the chores ourselves, like making sure the lights are off and the doors are locked at night. It is a very local, independent operation. Sahitya Parishad Street is a good place to be, and we feel like a part of the daily life on this block for many years.
