Hydrax International

Operating out of 12 Dent Missio Road in Kolkata has its own rhythm. Hydrax International is tucked away here, and it feels like a real part of the city life. Kolkata is never quiet, and our street is no different. We deal with international stuff, which sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just us sitting at old desks and making sure the numbers on the papers match up. There’s a lot of back and forth with emails across different time zones, so someone is usually here early or late. The building has that old Kolkata character, maybe a bit of peeling paint here and there, but it’s home to us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity with a glass lobby and fancy uniforms. We just want to get the shipping and trade documents right so things don't get stuck at customs. It’s a lot of detail work that most people don't see. We have a lot of files piled up, and the fans are always humming to keep the afternoon heat away. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh over lunch about the absolute chaos of the traffic outside on the main road. It’s just a small group of people working hard. We’ve been on Dent Missio Road for a while, and we like the vibe of the place. It’s honest, busy, and keeps us on our toes every single day we come in.
