You can find us in the B.B. Tower on Netaji Subhas Road in Hridaypur. Our shop is filled with sarees of all different kinds of fabrics and colors. We spend a lot of time folding and unfolding the material for customers who come in to see what we have. It can get quite crowded in here during the festive seasons when everyone is looking for something new to wear. Netaji Subhas Road is always bustling with activity and shoppers. We have been in Hridaypur for some time now and we recognize many of the families who shop with us. The B.B. Tower is a well-known spot so people don’t have much trouble finding our door. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know where every single saree is tucked away on the shelves. Sometimes we sit on the floor to show the better pieces because it’s easier that way. The lights in the shop are bright to show off the embroidery work on the silk. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If a customer likes a saree, they usually know it the moment they touch the fabric. We keep a small stool outside for anyone who needs a rest from the walking. It’s a nice way to spend the day, surrounded by all these colors and meeting neighbors from around the area. We close up around eight and head home like everyone else.
