Hooghly Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the 3rd floor at 10 Dr. Rajendra Prasad Sarani. Most people still call it Clive Row around here. Being up on the third floor keeps us a bit away from the street noise, which is helpful when we’re trying to concentrate on project details. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but we're used to it by now. The office is filled with files and old blueprints. It’s a working space, not a lounge. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn’t been a priority lately. We focus more on the infrastructure side of things than the office aesthetics. There’s a lot of history in this part of the city. You can feel it when you walk through the doors. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don’t have fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. Everyone just does what needs doing. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We manage though. It’s just a normal place where we handle our business every day. No frills, just the work and a lot of tea to keep us all going through the afternoon.
