Our office is located in Kolkata, right on V.I.P Road in Kaikhali. We are on the 4th floor of Block A in the Golders Green Complex, Flat 2. Being near the airport area means it’s always loud and busy outside, which matches the pace inside our office. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly on the technical and operational side of the business. It’s a professional setup but it doesn't feel cold or corporate. We have our desks, our tea breaks, and plenty of spreadsheets to look at. Since we are in a complex, we see the same people every day and it feels like a little community. We don't put out a lot of flashy stuff about what we do. We just come in, handle the emails, deal with the local suppliers, and make sure the projects are moving along. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a mess, but the work doesn't stop. We have a lot of files and equipment around, so the place looks like people actually work here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home at a reasonable hour. It’s a steady routine in a very busy part of West Bengal. We try to keep things simple and just do the job properly.
