Hobb International(P)Ltd operates out of a couple of places in Kolkata. You can find us at 12/2, Chingri Ghata Lane, which is in the 700015 area, and we also have a presence at 11, Bijali Park in Madhyamgram, out in the 24 Parganas North side. Having two spots keeps us pretty busy moving between them. The lane at Chingri Ghata can get a bit narrow and crowded, like most old parts of Kolkata, but we've managed to make it work for us over the years. It is a bit of a trek out to Madhyamgram sometimes, especially when the traffic is bad or when it’s raining heavily during the monsoon season. We do various types of international work, but we like to keep things grounded and simple. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so there is a bit of a neighborhood feel to the office. We aren't into anything flashy or corporate. We just open up the shutters every morning and get through the list of things that need to be done. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to file or some cargo to check on. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay organized across two different parts of the city. We have been part of the local scene here for quite a while now and we know how things work in this town.
