Our office is tucked into Shyama Pally, at number 44. It’s a bit of a specific address with all those numbers, Lp 49/4/1/1, but once you find the lane, it’s easy enough. Hive Safe Consultancy Private Limited is run from here by a small group of us. The area is quite lived-in and feels very much like a community. We don't have any of those glass-walled offices you see in the news. Our space is plain, with a few desks and some stacks of folders. We started here because it was a place we knew well. During the monsoon, the rain sounds really loud on the roof, but we just keep working through it. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy titles. We just provide consultancy when people ask for it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello, which happens in a place like this. Kolkata has a lot of hidden corners, and we’re happy being in this one. It’s practical for us. We don’t spend money on marketing or polished brochures. Most people find us because they know someone who worked with us before. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We just try to get the work done right and stay organized in our own way. There are no corporate rules here, just real work.
