Hindustan Motors Ltd

Down at 73, J. C. Khan Road, things stay pretty busy. We are right by the Lake View area in Mankundu. Hindustan Motors Ltd has been part of this Hooghly landscape for a long time. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a good spot. The building isn’t new, but it holds up. We spend most of our time looking at engine parts and sorting out logistics. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're too busy with the actual work to worry about that. My tea gets cold on the table because someone always needs something fixed or moved. We have a lot of tools lying around, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of dust. It's just how a real workshop looks. We don't try to hide the mess of a working day. The neighborhood knows us well. We see the same people passing by every day. When the monsoon hits, the road gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We’re just a bunch of guys working with motors and metal in West Bengal. Some days are long, especially when a shipment is due. We don't have a PR person or a marketing team. If you need to find us, just head toward Lake View and ask for the Hindustan Motors spot. Someone will point you the right way. We're just regulars here, getting the job done.
