HINDUSTAN CONTROLS 8c EQUIPMENT PVT LTD

Our workshop is at P-16 in the Kasba Indl. Estate, over in Phase-1. It is a standard industrial park with a lot of warehouses and other shops around us. We have been running HINDUSTAN CONTROLS 8c EQUIPMENT PVT LTD from this location for quite a few years now. We mostly build control panels and other types of industrial gear. The building itself is just a plain gray structure, like most of the others on the street, but it fits our needs. Inside, it is almost entirely workspace with just a small desk for doing the paperwork. We have a small team of guys who are good with their hands and know how to handle wiring and assembly. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is busy, but that is how we know we are making progress. Kasba Indl. Estate is a practical place to be because we are close to our suppliers. We don't have a sales team or any marketing people. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else and decided to give us a call or stop by. We try to stay organized, but it can get a bit messy when we have a lot of orders piled up. We don't use any fancy business talk here. We just build the controls and make sure they work the way they should. It is honest work and it keeps things going at P-16. We just take it one day at a time here in Phase-1.
