Hindustan Construction Co Ltd

Down here in Alambazar, at 53/1 Vidyayatan Sarani, is where we run our construction business. It’s a busy part of North 24 Parganas, and we’ve been here in Kolkata for quite some time. The office is tucked away, and it’s usually humming with the sound of fans and people talking about site issues. We do a lot of work with brick and mortar, mostly helping out with local building needs. Kolkata humidity is no joke, so our site visits can be pretty draining. We have a small crew that has been with us through thick and thin. We don't have a glossy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling based on seeing our signs at work sites. We spend a lot of time dealing with suppliers and making sure the trucks can navigate the narrow streets around here. It’s a daily grind, but we like it. The walls of our office are covered with old calendars and maps of the district. We keep our tools and some extra materials in the back. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. That's just the nature of construction. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the job done right so the structure stands solid. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our toes and pays the bills.
