Head Hrd Manager Wfrl Spinach A Group Conern Of Hdil Kolkata

Our office is tucked away in North Kolkata, right on Belgachia Road. We are inside the flat owned by D. Bhattacharya at Block D. It is a bit of a walk up, but we have been here for a while now managing things for the Spinach group which is part of HDIL. It isn't a fancy corporate tower or anything like that. Just a regular apartment space where we handle the HR and manager duties. The walls could use a bit of fresh paint but the work gets done anyway. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files from the other branches. Sometimes the road outside is really noisy with all the buses and trams, but you get used to it after a month or two. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea about five times a day. It keeps us going during the long afternoons when the humidity in Kolkata starts to get to you. Most of the people working here are local, so we talk about the local news or what's happening in the neighborhood. We don't really have a big reception desk or a sign out front. People usually just find us by the address. We've got stacks of folders and some old computers that still work well enough for what we need. It is just a practical place for us to keep the records straight and manage the staff for the bigger group.
