Havells India Ltd

Our office is located at 120 Muktaram Babu Street in Kolkata. It’s a very old part of the city, and the streets around here are always packed. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic from inside. We are Havells India Ltd, and this branch handles the local business. The building has been here for ages, and it shows, but it works for what we need. It's not a shiny corporate tower. Inside, it’s mostly just files and computers. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day. The heat in Kolkata can be a lot, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. Most of us have been working together for quite some time now. We know the rhythms of the street outside. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the 700 007 area, so we usually suggest people take the public transport if they can. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend money on decorations or anything unnecessary. We focus on the daily tasks. Lunch breaks are usually spent eating at our desks or grabbing something quick from the vendors nearby. It's a busy, noisy, and honest way to spend the work week. We like being part of this neighborhood. It has a lot of history. We’re just a small part of the daily hustle on Muktaram Babu Street.
