Haltu High School For Girls

Haltu High School For Girls is located in Neli Nagar, over in the Haltu area. It is a local school that has been around for some time. We have a lot of girls from the nearby houses coming here every morning. The building is tucked away in the neighborhood, so it isn't on a big main road. It’s mostly quiet except when it's recess time or when the bell rings at the end of the day. The classrooms are basic with chalkboards and wooden benches. We don't have a huge playground, just a small space where the kids can run around a bit. The teachers are mostly women from around here who’ve been teaching for years. We deal with the usual school stuff like exams, uniforms, and lost notebooks. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, but we fix it up. It’s not a fancy private academy with air conditioning. It’s just a regular school for the community. Parents come by to talk about their kids' grades or pick them up after class. We try to keep the place looking decent. There isn't a lot of money for big renovations, so we just take care of what we have. It’s a simple life here in Neli Nagar. We focus on the lessons and making sure the girls finish their studies. Our doors have been open for a long time now.
