Group Head-Internal Audit Of Ruia Group

I work as the Group Head-Internal Audit for the Ruia Group. My office is not in some massive skyscraper; it is actually located at Flat No. 1D, on the first floor of Block-A. We are over at 122 Ruby Park East, in the Haltu area of Kolkata. It is a residential-feeling spot, which actually makes the workday a bit more peaceful. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere than a typical corporate floor. We spend our days going through numbers and reports, making sure everything with the Ruia Group is lined up like it should be. Audit work can be pretty dry to some people, but it is what keeps the gears turning. Kolkata is a busy city, and Ruby Park East has its own vibe. We get the local street noises coming through the windows, which is just part of being here. It is a lot of paperwork and looking at screens, but we try to keep things friendly in the office. It is just a small team of us here in Haltu. We are not doing anything fancy, just checking the boxes and ensuring the internal stuff is handled correctly. It is a steady job in a nice part of town, and we have been in this flat for a good bit now. We just do the work and keep things organized.
