We are located in Shivam Chambers, right on Syed Amir Ali Avenue. Our office is 3H, and the company name is Greenways Properties Llp. It is a pretty central location, which makes it easy for us to get around and see different parts of the city. We are not trying to be a huge corporate entity. We are just a handful of staff members who enjoy the real estate business. Some days we are very busy with clients coming in and out, and other days we are just catching up on all the admin work that piles up. Syed Amir Ali Avenue is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We do the standard stuff like helping people buy or rent property. It is mostly about listening to what someone needs and then looking through our books to see if we have anything that fits. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. We have been at this for a while and we have learned that being honest about a property is the best way to do things. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. If you are ever in the area near Shivam Chambers, you will find us there, probably drinking chai and talking about the latest property trends in the neighborhood.
