Green Jute Impex Private Limited

Our place is at Premises No. 36C on Lu Shun Sarani, which some people still call Phears Lane. We are right in the middle of Kolkata, in the 700012 area. Green Jute Impex Private Limited is based here, and we’ve been working out of this spot for some time. The building has that old Kolkata feel, with thick walls and a bit of history to it. It’s not a shiny new tower, but it’s solid and does the job for us. We deal with jute and other impex stuff from this office. The area is always crowded, with handcarts and taxis pushing through the narrow streets. It can be a bit of a mess outside, but that’s just how this part of the city is. Inside, we have our small setup with computers and plenty of stacks of paper. We aren't fancy people. We just focus on the shipments and making sure the jute gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things feel a bit slow, but we keep the fans going and get through the day's tasks. It’s a practical location because so much of the city's trade happens right around here. We don’t have a big reception area or any slick branding. It’s just an honest business run by people who know the local market. We’ve stayed here because it’s where we feel we belong in the city.
