We are located in Behala, specifically near the Chowrasta area, which is always full of people and cars. Graco India Pvt. Ltd. has its space here and we’ve been part of the local scenery for quite a while now. The office is tucked away and isn't very flashy, but it serves us well for what we need to do every day. Working in Behala means dealing with the traffic and the noise of the city, but you get used to it after a few months. Most of us here just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of the paperwork and the orders that come through. We don't really have any big meetings or corporate speeches; we just show up, have some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes the office feel a bit heavy, but we have our fans going and we just keep moving along. It’s a simple setup where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We aren't really interested in being the biggest company out there, we just want to keep things running smoothly and handle whatever comes our way. There is a lot of history in this neighborhood and we like being a small part of it. If you ever stop by, you'll probably see us just sitting at our desks or moving boxes around the storage area to keep things organized.
