We are just one of them, tucked away in our flat. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of files and equipment, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on consultancy work. We talk to people, look at papers, and try to give the best advice we can. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to act like we know everything. We just use our experience to help out. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. People in the building are generally friendly. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a very practical place to work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles.
