Goel Forgings is based in Marshall House on Netaji Subhas Road. We are in room 947. It is a large building with a lot of history and quite a few stairs to climb. Working in forgings means we deal with a lot of technical specs and heavy parts every day. Our office here handles the administrative side of things and the sales calls. It is usually pretty quiet inside compared to the total chaos of the street outside. We have been operating from this location for many years now. Most of our day is spent talking to clients or checking in on how production is going. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit and sit in a fancy chair. We focus on getting the dimensions right for whatever the customer needs for their project. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend a Saturday just clearing it all out. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how we get our work in this industry. People know us from being in Marshall House for such a long time. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running smoothly for everyone. It is a lot of back and forth with the factory. Netaji Subhas Road is always a mess, but we like it here.
