We are located in Om Towers on the first floor. It’s 36C on B T Road, right across from Rabindra Bharati University. Being near the university means there’s always a lot of students and activity around. We’ve been at this Cossipore location for a while now, handling the local lifespace store. It’s mostly furniture and home stuff. The showroom isn't massive, but we fit a lot in there so people can see what they’re getting. B T Road is a main artery, so it’s always loud with buses and trucks. We’ve got a small staff here, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. We spend the day showing people how the cupboards lock or how sturdy the beds are. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just let people walk around and touch things. Sometimes the lighting in the back corner is a bit dim, but we’re working on it. Cossipore is an older part of the city, and our building reflects that a bit. We keep things tidy, though paperwork tends to pile up on the main desk. It’s a straightforward job. We help you pick out what you need for your house and arrange for it to get delivered later on. No fancy sales pitches, just explaining how the products work and making sure the orders are correct before they go out for delivery. It's just us here, doing the daily work.
