You can find us at 39/H/6 on Shamsul Huda Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and our space at Global Leather Products is right in the middle of the noise. The workshop is a bit old, with high ceilings and fans that have seen better days. We do a lot of the heavy work here. You’ll see rolls of leather stacked up in the corners and the smell of glue and hides is pretty strong. It’s a messy business, to be honest. There’s dust and scraps everywhere no matter how much we sweep. We have a small group of guys who have been working the machines for years. They know exactly how everything sounds when it’s running right. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If you want to know something, you just ask one of us. Most of our day is spent making sure the stitching is straight and the cuts are clean. It’s repetitive, but it’s what we know. Shamsul Huda Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We usually start early before it gets too hot. By the afternoon, the place is buzzing with activity. We don't really bother with corporate stuff or big meetings. We just get the products ready and move on to the next pile of leather. It’s honest work and it keeps us going day after day.
