Gensis Placement Agency

Gensis Placement Agency is located at No. 135 /4 in Shayam Nagar. It’s a small office in the Parganas North area. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for a bit of work. It’s a busy little spot, and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the day. We don't have any fancy software to do the work for us; we just keep a lot of folders and notebooks. It’s a lot of reading and making calls to see if a position is still open. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the window to see what we’re doing. Shayam Nagar is a lively place, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We aren't a big high-rise agency with people in suits. We’re just regular folks sitting at our desks trying to help other regular folks find a way to earn a living. Some days are better than others, and it can be frustrating when things don't line up. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to keep us alert. The office is a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us if they need a hand. We don't make any big promises, we just do the best we can with what we have. That is basically the way it goes here every day.
