Gem Forgings Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is on the third floor of 10/C Middleton Row. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has character. Being in this part of Kolkata means there’s always something happening outside on the street—lots of food stalls and people rushing to work. At Gem Forgings Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time managing the paperwork and the orders that come in from the units. It’s a bit quieter here than at the actual forging sites, but it still gets busy with the phones ringing and people coming in for meetings. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We don’t have a big, flashy sign out front. It’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We drink our tea and get through the spreadsheets and the client calls. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We’ve been in this location for a long time, and we know all the other tenants in the building. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do. We usually head out once the city traffic starts to peak in the evening.
