We’re based out of RB-13 in the Rajarhat area of Kolkata. Dhruba Mandal is the person in charge at this location. Rajarhat has grown so much in the last few years, it’s hard to keep up with all the new buildings. Our office is a bit more established, sitting right in the middle of all the development. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our time making sure things are where they’re supposed to be. It sounds simple, but in a city like Kolkata, it can be a real challenge. Between the narrow streets and the unpredictable weather, there’s always something to manage. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or fancy slogans. We just get the work done. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually finish the paperwork early. Being near the Rajarhat police station helps with finding us if you’re new to the area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change from empty fields to a busy hub, and we’ve been here through it all. It’s a good place to work from, and we just keep focusing on the daily tasks that keep the logistics moving as smoothly as possible.
